家兔诸脑底动脉肾上腺素能与胆碱能神经支配的观察 被引量:1

An Observation on Adrenergic and Cholinergic Innervation of Basal Cerebral Arteries in the Rabbit

摘要 对28只成年家兔诸脑底动脉肾上腺素能(Ad)与胆碱能(Ach)神经的形态进行了观察。结果:(1)在所观察的诸脑底动脉壁上均分布有亮绿色、含串珠状膨体的(Ad)神经纤维。其分布形式有网状、环行与纵行三种类型;神经纤维分布密度以颈内动脉最高(20.5±0.25根/1mm)、小脑上动脉最低(11.0±0.10根/1mm);膨体密度与纤维密度成正比。(2)在诸脑底脉壁上,均见有棕色的Ach神经纤维分布,分布形式与Ad明显不同,发现各动脉壁上都有1~2条粗大的纤维主干,沿着动脉长轴排列,自主干两侧以直角或锐角不对称地发出分支,环绕血管壁。各动脉的Ach纤维分布形式和密度均无明显差异。 Basal cerebral arteries of twty-eight adult rabbits were observed with histochemical technigues of SPG and Karnovsky-Root. The results showed: Ⅰ. Ad nerve:In all basal cerebral arteries of adult rabbits,adrevergic fibres of bright green fluorescent light with beaded enlargement were found,These fibres distributed in network,circular and longitudinal forms. The density of adrenergic nerve fibers was highest in the internal carotid artery and lowest in the superior cerebellar artery. Direct ratio existed between densities of bead enlargements and fibets. Ⅱ. Ach nerve:In all basal cerebral arteries, brown Ach fibres were found distributing in an obviously different way from that of Ad fibers. There were 1-2 main trunks on the arterial wall being parallel with the latter,sending out branches perendicular to or forming acute angles with the trunk.
