散发性脑炎的临床类型与EEG和CT的对比研究(附33例分析)

Comparative Studies on the Clinical Types of Sporadic Encephalitis with their EEG and CT Manifestations (A Report of 33 Cases)

对33例散发性脑炎进行分型,其中弥漫型17例;精神障碍型8例;局灶型8例。并就其各型患者EEG和CT作了对比分析,发现两者异常率在精神障碍型中分别为87.5％和50.0％;在局灶型中分别为37.5％和87.％;弥漫型分别为76.5％和64.7％。

Thirty three eases of sporadic encephalitis were classified into diffuse type (17 cases) ,mental disturbance type (8 cases) and focal type (8 eases). Comparative analysis was made according to the EEG and CT manifestations. The incidence of abnormal EEG and CT in mental disturbance type was 87.5% and 50.0%,in focal type 37.5% and 87.5% and in diffuse type 76.5% and 64.7% respectively.
