甲状腺激素对神经及免疫功能影响的研究

摘要 制作实验性甲高和甲低动物模型及进行体外细胞培养实验,研究了甲状腺激素对脑化学及免疫功能的影响。发现:(1)甲状腺激素可改变脑GABA,谷氨酰胺,ANP及RNA的含量和β-Adr R的Bmax,以影响神经系统的功能,并进而改变外周器官的活动,如改变水盐代谢及生殖功能等;(2)在一定浓度范围内可增强小鼠的细胞免疫和体液免疫功能;增细淋巴细胞上β-Adr R的Bmax。而用SRBC引起小鼠产生免疫反应的过程中也可反馈性地使小鼠血清中T_4、T_3含量减少,抗体产生最多时,T_4、T_3含量降至最低。 Effects of thyroid hormone on brain neurochemistry and immune function were investigated using experimental hyperthyroid and hypothyroid animal models and cell culture technique in vitro. The resuits showed: (1)The Bmax of β—Adr R and the amount of GABA,glutamine,ANP and RNA in the brain of rat and mice were changed by thyroid hormone to influence the metabolism and developmentof the brain and affect the function of the nervous system,thereby altered the function of peripheralorgans, such as, the water and salt metabolism, reproductive function etc. (2)Thyroid hormone in a certain range of concentration could enhance the function of cellular and humoral immuninity and increase the Bmax of β—Adr R on lymphocytes in mice ,but the contents of T_4 and T_3 in serum were reduced during the course of immune response induced by SRBC. The serum T_4 and T_3 were lowered to the minimum when the production of antibody increased to the maximum.
