病窦综合征患者的血液流变学及心功能研究

Change Rheology and Cardiac Function in Patients with Sick Sinus Syndrome

本文对22例原因不明的病态窦房结综合征(SSS)患者,16例单纯窦缓者及35例正常对照者进行血液流变学及心功能测定。结果显示,SSS患者的全血粘度和血球压积明显高于窦缓及对照者(P<0.01),心排指数明显低于其他两组(P<0.01),全血粘度与心排指数呈负相关。

The rheology and cardiac function were measured in twenty two patients with sick sinus syndrome (SSS),16 sinus bradycardia (SB) and 35 normal subjects.The results showed that the whole blood viscosity and erythrocyte HT of the SSS group were significantly higher than those of SB and normal groups (P<0.01).The cardiac index in the SSS group was significantly lower than that of the other two groups (P<0.01 ).The viscosity of whole blood showed negative correlation to cardiac output in- dex.
