肺结核与糖尿病并存33例临床分析

Clinical Analysis of 33 Cases with Pulmonary Tuberculosis and Diabetes Mellitus

报告肺结核与糖尿病并存33例,其中男性28例,女性5例。年龄分布以40～60岁居多。两病同时发现8例,先发现肺结核16例,先发现糖尿病9例。入院时,33例均有结核中毒症状,其中17例伴有糖尿病“三多一少”症状。两病经同时治疗,糖尿病理想控制12例,较好控制13例,控制不良6例。肺结核病情好转29例,16例疾菌阳患者13例阴转。由于存在相当一部分无症状糖尿病患者,建议对肺结核病人常规行尿糖检查,及早诊疗,以减少两病的相互影响,中断恶性循环,达到满意疗效。

Thirty three patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and diabetes millitus have been studied.Among them,28 were males,5 females.Most of them were 40-60 years old.8 patients were found to be suf- fering from both diseases simultaneously,16 found with pulmonary tuberculosis at first and 9 found with diabetes mellitus in initial stage.33 patients had toxic symptoms caused by tuberculosis.17 pa- tients had evident diabetes mellitus synptoms of“three rising and one reducing”.The two diseases dis- eases were treated at the same time.Diabetes millitus of 12 cases were controlled ideally,thirteen pa- tients got fairly improved and 6 patients were not controlled.Tuberculosis of 29 patients improved well.16 patients with positive sputum turned to be negative.It is sufgested that urine examination for sugar in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis should be made routinely to get early deagnosis and treat- ment of deabetes mellitus to reduce mutual influnce between the two disiases to break the vicious circle and obtain satisfactory therapeutic effect.
