双胎妊娠76例分析

An Analysis of 76 Cases of Twin Pregnancy

报道双胎妊娠及分娩76例,其中,初产48例,经产28例,产前确诊72例;经阴道分娩55例,剖宫产21例。结果表明,孕周越小,新生儿出生体重越轻,死亡率亦愈高,经阴道分娩者,其新生儿窒息及死亡率和产后出血发生率均明显高于剖宫产者。文章就双胎妊娠发生率,早期诊断,产前监护,对第二胎儿娩出的处理及有关剖宫产进行了讨论。

Seventy six cases of twin pregnancy and labour including 48 cases of primiparity and 28 cases of multiparity are reported.The diagnosis was confirmed prenatally in 72 cases. In this series,the babies were delivered vaginally in 55 cases and through cesarean section in 21 cases.The clinical results indicated that the less the pregant weeks were,the lighter the newborn's body weight was and the higher the mortality rate.The incidence of asphyxia neonatorum and mortali- ty rate was obviously higher in cases of vaginal delivery than in those of cesarean section. The incidence of twin pregnancy,early diagnosis,prenatal surveillence,the management of deliv- ery of the second baby as well as some problems related to cesarean section are discussed.
