脑肿瘤致视野同向偏盲九例分析

An Analysis of 9 Cases with Homolateral Hemianopisa Caused by Brain Neoplasms

报告9例脑肿瘤因损伤视交叉以上视路,而产生同向偏盲性视野改变。并对这一视野改变的发生机制、不同部位肿瘤所引起的同向偏盲性视野改变的发展规律及特点进行了讨论。指出有时视野的改变不伴有其他颅神经系统受损的症状而单独出现,详细的视野检查有助于对病变的定位诊断。

Nine cases of honolateral hemianopsia caused by damage of the visual path beyond the optic chias- ma due to brain tumor have been reported.The mechanism and rules of the development of visual changes in homolatera hemianopia resulted frem neopalsms in different locations were discussed.Some times visual changes may be present alone without other symptoms of damaged cranial—nerve system and that a thorough visual examination is helpful to the oriental diagnosis of pathological changes are notified.
