摘要
本文对89例子痫以预防方面进行临床分析,发现发生在孕37～41周79例,占88.7%;发生在产时51例,占57.3%;发生在产后23例,占25.84%;院外子痫48例.无产前检查者31例,占64.58%。建议(1)加强孕产妇保健;(2)临产后监护加强;(3)及时适当治疗。
This article gives a clinical analysis of eighty nine cases of eclampsia from the view point of pre- vention.79 cases occurred at 37 to 41 weeks of pregnancy(88.70%),51 cases during labor(57. 30%)and 23 cases in postpartum(25.84%).48 of the 89 cases happened outside the hospital.A- mong them 31 patients did not have prenatal care,occupying 64.58%.It is suggested:(1)To enhence antenatal health care,(2)To strengtheni parturient monitoring and (3)To treat adequately in time.
