输尿管镜直视下取石及异物15例报告

Extraction of Ureteral Stone under Direct Vision Through Ureteroscope

介绍采用输尿管肾孟直视下取石术,同时配合输尿管气囊扩张,摘取输尿管下段及壁段结石14例,输尿管异物1例,成功率12/15。对取石中的体会、教训及并发症等进行了讨论。

Ureteroscopy for the removal of ureteral stones and a double J stem were performed in fifteen cases from September 1991 to May 1992. Ureteral dilatation by a ballon catheter under direct vision through ureteroscope was far more effective and safer than by other means. The rate of success for low ureter stones was 80%. Our experience in successful stone extraction as well as the causes of fail- ure and complication were presented and discussed.
