摘要
火焰换向是蓄热式玻璃熔炉重要的控制系统之一。它直接影响着熔炉运行工况、燃料消耗和劳动强度。目前,我国玻璃窑炉火焰换向控制系统大多由大量继电器所组成。这些控制装置各不相同,设计、安装工作量较大,元件故障多,维修不便。因此,使换向装置标准化和仪表化,是玻璃工业界盼望己久的事。
The Microprocessor Controlled Flame Roversal System Typo GF-1 presented in this paper is an intollectural apparatus for flame reversal which is controlled by a microprocessor. The system has plenty of softwares from which the users can choose the proper ones without doing additional programming work. The system can be controlled either by time instruction or by the dual instructions of time and temperature of the regenerator chamber, which well suits tho special needs of tho flame reversal in the glass furnace.The hardwares of the system consist mainly of a main control block, an output block, an input block, a power block, a display block and a keyboard. Their structures and features are described separately. The softwares includes tho supervision program and the flarno reversal program.
