摘要
经导管射频消融术(RFCA)治疗3例房室结折返性心动过速(AVNRT)患者。用大头电极导管(Mansfeild/Webester)进行标测和消融;射频电传为4000～16000 J。射频消融结果3例均获成功。
Three patients with atrioventricular nodal reentrant tachycardia (AVNRT) were ablated by radiofrequency current (RFCA). Large-tip electrode catheter (Mansfield/webester) was used for mapping and ablation. Radiofrequency energy was 4000 to 16000 j,The results showed that radiofrequency ablation of slow pathway could cure AV nodal reentrant tachycardia with a high success rate.
