饮食特点与尿致突变原关系初步观察

摘要 通过2次膳食配餐饮食,观察4例健康男性试者尿致突变原的变化。结果发现,试验菌株 TA_(98)、TA_(100)在分别加入或不加入 S_9活化系统情况下,2次配餐的各餐别回变菌落绝大多数超过自发回变数的两倍,且以临睡前尿样为最高。证明以油煎食品为副食的餐别,每一平皿回变菌落数明显增高。 Limited food was given to four healthy men for twe times. The relation between dietary habits and earcinogeni in urine of the subjects was investigated by mutagenicity test. Results showed that the number of reversion of strains TA_(98) and TA_(100) with or without S_9 in most of different meals were two times more than that of spontaneous reversion by limited food, being the highest before bed time, Fried foodstuff caused marked increase of carcinogen in urine, indecating they are related.
