Comparative Study on the Changes in Heart Rate between Patients with Sick Sinus Syndrome and Normal People

应用动态心电图观察50例病态窦房结综合征(SSS)病人和50例正常人心率变化,并探讨了 SSS 病人心率变化规律及其与心律失常的关系。研究结果表明,24h 平均心率在 SSS 组为53.67次/min,正常组为76.54次/min(P<0.01);在7h—、12h—、21h—、0h—时间组平均最高心率和最低心率均明显低于正常组(P<0.01)。SSS 组最低心率发生的时间以0h 至6h 最明显。SSS组最低心率在性别方面男女间差别无显著性;但是,心率<50岁组的心率明显快于≥50岁组。交界性逸搏和窦性停搏发生的次数以0h～6h 最多,而每次持续的时间以≤3s 最多见。

By Holter the changes in heart rate in fifty patients with sick sinus syndrome (SSS)were compared with those of patients with SSS and arrhythmia was studied.It was shown that average heart rate in 24 h.was 53.67/min in SSS group,and 76.54/min in the healthy group(P<0.01);both the hightest rate and the lowest rate were obviously slower in SSS group than those in the healthy group at 7h,12 h,21 h,and 0 h.The lowest rate in SSS group occured at 0 to 6 o'clock,without sexual but age differ- ence in this group for the heart rate in patients under 50 years old was faster than that of over 50 years old.The junctional escape rhythm and sinus pause oecured most frequently at 0 to 6 o'clock and usual- ly sustained for 3 seconds or less.
