根据四川省某县地方电网的要求 ,对该县地方电网的电力谐波进行了全面的分析检测 ,并提出一种基于功率因数的公共联结点谐波源定性评估方法 ,通过对电网的实际检测和计算 ,证明提出的方法是完全有效、可行的 ,这一点对于当前国内外谐波发送水平评估理论和方法尚未完全形成的今天具有重要的理论和实践意义。同时通过对石棉电网谐波水平的评估 ,希望能进一步引起各级政府、电力主管部门、电力企业、电力用户对电能质量的重视 ,加强对电能质量分析、监测、监管与治理。
