摘要
企业是承担市场经济运作的单位实体,也是开展国际贸易的主体。在市场经济制度下,企业必须根据市场经济的基本原则来经营。因此,在进行国际商品交换时,企业必须掌握国际市场的需求动态、遵循国际贸易规则,并以此来制定和调整企业的对外贸易策略和总体发展战略。本文在分析了国际贸易的发展趋势及国际经济因素的变化后,根据我国企业的外贸现状提出了增强我国企业竞争力的几点建议以及企业在开展国际贸易中可采取的一些应对策略。
Enterprises are the unit entity supporting market economic operation an d the principal part engaging in inte rnational trade.With the approach of WTO accession,it is high time to tackle the question of how to e ffectively dispose the resources at home and abroad by em-ploying the domestic and overseas ma rkets.Under the market economy system,enterprises must be managed according the basic market economic principles.Therefore,in carrying out international commodi ty exchanges,each enterprise has to know well the supply and demand trends in the international markets,observe the international trade ru les,and accordingly stipulate and a djust its foreign trade tactics and general development strategy.With an analysis of the international economic and trade development trends a nd changes in international economic factors,and based on Chinas foreign trade situation,this pap er proposes a few suggestions to enhance competitive power for Chinas enterprises and some coping measures for enterprises to develop foreign trade.(See p.6)
