Cost Analysis of Economic Transition

本文用新制度经济学的制度变迁理论框架对改革的成本进行分析。通过转轨成本的必然性和表现以及对两种典型的制度变迁方式成本的分析 ,最后落实在如何降低转轨的成本方面 ,为我国经济体制转轨提供了较为现实的可行性方案。

This paper presents an analysis of the cost of reform within the framework of new institutional economics. It analyzes the inevitability and manifestation of transitional costs, and the costs of two typical forms of institutional change. Finally, it discusses how to reduce transitional costs and provides a feasible plan for China's economic transition.
