摘要
实行住房分配货币化是深化住房制度改革的核心 ,必将向住房商品化迈出决定性的一步。住房制度改革的难度很大 ,它涉及面宽 ,需要研究的问题很多。本文在阐述什么是房改房物业管理的基础上 ,指出我国行政事业单位房改房管理存在的普遍问题 ,阐述了房改房物业管理的重要意义 ,对如何加强房改房物业管理提出了自己的看法。
To monetize housing distribution is the core of deepening housing reform and a decisive step toward housing commercialization. Housing-reform is difficult as it involves a wide range of people and many issues. This article defines management of housing reformed properties, points out the universal problems existing in government departments and state institutions, elaborrate on its importance, and put forward some suggestions on how to strengthen it.
