控制人口的努力当然是重要的 ,而调整发展重点 ,大力发展劳动密集型产业 ,同时大力扶持中小企业 ,保持工作岗位数量的增长快于需就业人口的增长同样是重要的。
Efforts to control population growth are certainly required. So are a reordering of priorities to strongly develop the intensive type property of labour .Meantime strongly support the medium-size enterprise and small enterprise .Keep the number of position rising faster than the number of people seeking work.
