摘要 本文从企业投资角度且以团队为基础 (传统的分析基本上是以边际工人为基础的 ) ,研究企业人力资本投资客体与投资主体共同进行企业人力资本投资决策问题 ,建立了利润分享式契约下企业人力资本投资模型 ,对企业利润分享式契约下专用人力资本和通用人力资本进行了投资博弈分析。 In this paper, a game model for the firm human capital investment with the help of the game theory is established, which is based on the view of the firm human capital investment decision-making commonly by both the firm and the agents of human capital.. Under the firm profit sharing system, the game model for the firm human capital investment is applied to study the firm human capital investment based on working team, then a viewpoint is pointed out that the optimal action policy for both the firm and the employ is the Nash bargaining solution of the game model, and one stakeholder really benefits from the firm human capital investment only while another stakeholders benefit also.
