随着新经济时代的到来 ,知识型企业将成为经济发展的主要推动力量。知识型企业不同于传统企业 ,如何构造知识型企业是一个值得我们关注的实践性很强的理论问题。根据知识型企业的特点 ,给出并定义了W型组织 ,讨论了在知识型企业运用该组织模型应该注意的有关问题。

With the approach of the new economy era, knowledge-type enterprises, which are different from traditional enterprises, will be the motive force of economic development. Therefore, how to construct knowledge-type enterprises becomes a theoretical issue with practical significance deserving our attention. Based on the features of knowledge-type enterprises, the essay suggests and defines the W-type organization, and discusses some related problems which knowledge-type enterprises should be aware of when applying this organization model.
