摘要
《信托法》的通过标志着我国信托业的发展进入一个新阶段 ,信托业在有效配置和利用社会财富中将会起到越来越重要的作用 ,通过对日本信托业发展历程、运作模式、监管制度等方面的探讨 ,可以对我国信托业发展对策研究提供借鉴。
The adopting of < Trust Law > marks the beginning of a new stage in the development of the trust business of our country. Trust business will play a more and more important role in effectively disposing and employing social wealth. Based on the account of the development course, the operating pattern, and the supervising system of Japan's trust business; the essay suggests some countermeasures for developing China's trust business.
