摘要
发展信息技术产业是当今国际竞争的一个焦点，它既是我国的弱势产业，又是我国对外开放的重要领域。目前我国信息技术产业的发展还存在一些问题。另外我国在加入ＷＴＯ后，可能会对我国造成一些影响，所以必须采取一些应对措施。
IT industry is a focus in international competition. China's IT industry is in a lower position, and it is also a focal area in China's opened to the world. This article firstly introduces the current situation of China's IT industry, then analyses the possible impact on IT industry of Chinas entry of WTO, lastly, explicates some adoptable strategies and policies.
