摘要
现代社会是企业家社会。中国经济的发展需要企业家主导。中国企业家的成长问题主要是制度问题。深入研究企业家的成长问题，对于我国正在进行的市场经济建设有着十分重要的现实意义。
Modern Society is a sociey of entrerpreneurs. China's economic development needs entrepreneurs. System problem is the most important factor for Chinese entrepreneurs. We must establish entrepreneur competition system, entrepreneur encourage system, entrepreneur restraining system, entrepreneur protection system and entrepreneur training system so that we can promote entrepreneurs' growth.
