心脏起搏患者的生存分析

SURVIVAL ANALYSIS IN PATIENT WITH CARDIAC PACING

目的 分析心脏起搏患者的生存率及其影响因素。方法 利用问卷、电话及病案回顾性调查 2 0 0例心脏起搏患者的生存率 ,并利用Cox风险比例模型分析影响因素。结果 心脏起搏患者总的生存率 :1、3、5、7年的生存率分别为 0 .981、0 93 7、0 90 1、0 887。影响生存的因素为器质性心脏病 ,未发现起搏方式、心律失常类型对生存率有显著性影响。结论 影响起搏患者生存率的基本因素为器质性心脏病。

Objective\ To analyse the survival rate of cardiac pacing patients and its influential factors.Methods\ Studied the patients' files,inquired their families and the local policemen about the patients' condition.The data was analysed with the Cox regression.Results\ The survival rate is 0.981,0.937,0.901,0.887 at 1,3,5,7 years repectively.The influential factor on survival rate was found as organic cardiac diseases.There was no evidence that pacing mode and arrhythmia type influenced on survival rate.Conclusions\ Organic cardiac disease is a main factor impacting on prognosis of cardiac pacing patients.
