摘要
目的 探讨 β射线内照射治疗前列腺增生症的作用机制。方法 应用免疫组化法检测 9例正常前列腺、1 4例增生前列腺及 2 1例实施 90 Sr/ 90 Yβ射线照射后前列腺增生组织中 CD34和血管内皮生长因子的表达。结果 正常前列腺微血管密度为 49± 3.2个 ,微血管腔内面积为 1 0 6± 7.5 cm2 ,血管内皮生长因子染色阳性细胞面积为 2 1 .7± 2 .8cm2 ;增生组前列腺微血管密度为 1 0 5± 1 9.2 ,微血管腔内面积为 2 78.5± 2 6.9cm2 ,血管内皮生长因子染色阳性细胞面积为 64.5± 7.3cm2 ;照射组前列腺微血管密度为 64± 7.6,微血管腔内面积为 1 2 4 .7± 1 4 .3cm2 ,血管内皮生长因子染色阳性细胞面积为 2 5.6± 4.1 cm2 。增生组与照射组比较差别有显著性意义 (P<0 .0 1 )。结论 β射线内照射可以抑制前列腺组织中血管内皮生长因子的合成 。
Objective To study the effect of β rays on VEGF and microvasculardensity in prostatic tissues Methods The CD34 and VEGF expressions in the prostatic tissues were studied by means of immunohistochemical method in 9 young men and 35 patients,among of the patients 21 cases had been treated with 90 Sr/ 90 Y prostatic hyperplasia applicator and the other 14 cases had not Results The microvascular density was 49±3 2;the area of microvascular cavity was 106±7 5cm2 and the expression of VEGF was 21 7±2 8cm2 in the normal group However,other results were 64±7 6,124 7±14 3cm2,25 6±4 1cm2 in the irradiation group and 105±19 2,278 5±26 9cm2,64 5±7 3cm2 in the non irradiation group(P<0 01) Conclusions The treatment of β rays can suppress VEGF synthesis and lessen microvascular density in prostatic tissues
