氯沙坦对老年高血压患者红细胞变形性的影响

The effect of losartan on the erythrocytic deformability of elderly hypertensive patients

目的 研究氯沙坦对老年高血压患者红细胞变形性的影晌。方法 43例老年高血压患者服用氯沙坦 50～ 1 0 0 mg,治疗 1 2～ 1 7个月后观察治疗前后血液流变学指标的变化。结果 高血压患者全血高切粘度 (1 2 0 S- 1 )、血浆粘度及红细胞刚性指数显著增高 ,服用氯沙坦后高血压患者在血压下降的同时全血高切粘度、血浆粘度及红细胞刚性指数显著降低 (P<0 .0 5)。结论 氯沙坦可使老年高血压病患者红细胞变形性显著增强 ,血粘度降低 ,从而改善全身脏器循环灌注 ,保护心、脑等重要脏器功能 。

Objective To estimate the effect of losartan on the erythrocytic deformability of elderly hypertensive patients Methods 43 cases were chosen and then 50～100 mg losartan were administrated for 12～17 months Before and after the usage of losartan, the hemorholigic indexes were examined Results As compared with the baseline values, the blood cell rigidity index(RRI) and whole blood viscosity(WBV,120s) of patients with elderly hypertension were significantly higher than the control group(P<0 05) After treated with adalat losartan, the RRI and WBV of patients decreased significantly(P<0 05) Conclusions The RRI and WBV of patients with elderly hypertension were increased significantly and adalat losartan can decrease RRI and WBV, and thus may induce the decreasing of blood pressure in hypertension
