血清神经元特异性烯醇酶和脑SPECT检查在癫持续状态中诊断脑损伤的价值 被引量:3

摘要 目的 探讨血清神经元特异性烯醇酶 (NSE)和单光子发射计算体层摄影术 (SPECT)脑血流显像在儿童癫持续状态 (SE)中诊断脑损伤的价值。方法 采用ABC ELISA药盒 ,检测SE患儿d1、3、7外周血NSE浓度 ;用同位素99mTco4、ECD显像剂药盒进行脑血流显像。结果 SE患儿血清NSE浓度 15 .13± 6 .2 2 μg/L较正常对照 2 .6 35± 0 .76 5 μg/L明显增高 (P <0 .0 0 1) ;15例受检者SPECT脑血流显像异常率高达 73.4 %。结论 儿童SE存在脑损伤 ,血清NSE检测对诊断脑损伤有重要价值 ,动态检测可帮助判断预后。SPECT脑血流显像对脑损伤诊断有辅助价值 。 Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of serum neuron specific enolase and SPECT rCBF imaging in children status epiliptics(SE).Methods Serum NSE was performed in 28 of SE and 40 normal controls. SPECT rCBF imaging was performed in 15 of SE.Results The mean serum NSE in SE patients was 15.13± 6.22 μg/L, which was higher than that of normal controls(mean 2.635± 0.765 μg/L, P<0.001); The SPECT rCBF imaging abnormal rate in 15 of SE was 73.4 %.Conclusions Children SE can cause brain injury. The serum NSE is a reliable marker of brain injury in children SE. SPECT rCBF imaging abnormal in children SE can help diagnosing brain injury.
