IL-2信号转导中JAK/STAT途径的负调节机制 被引量:1

摘要 IL 2是一个多效的刺激因子 ,通过与IL 2R的相互作用 ,引发多条IL 2信号转导途径 ,其中Jak Stat途径代表了一条极为快速的、从膜到核的信号转导系统。Jak Stat途径的活化 ,对介导IL 2诱导的细胞生长、增殖、抗凋亡有重要作用 ,但Jak Stat的下调、失活机制在相当程度仍不清楚。本文主要对近几年来发现的一些负调节机制 ,尤其蛋白酪氨酸磷酸酶的去磷酸化作用以及CIS。
