巨噬细胞集落刺激因子在胚胎植入过程中的作用 被引量:3

摘要 巨噬细胞集落刺激因子(M-CSF)是一种单核巨噬细胞特异性的生长因子,以往的研究集中在其对单核巨噬细胞系统生长、分化的调节上。自从建立M-CSF基因完全缺无的og/op小鼠模型以来,其在生殖医学中的作用逐渐受到关注。但目前对M-CSF在胚胎植入过程中的生理作用仍所知甚少,并有许多有争议的报道。本文对近年有关M-CSF在胚胎植入过程中作用的研究发现进行简要介绍。
