产前重复应用糖皮质激素与胎儿结局 被引量:6

摘要 产前应用糖皮质激素预防早产儿呼吸窘迫已广泛应用于临床上,其降低新生儿死亡率和其他发病率减少脑室内出血的作用十分显著。但产前反复给予皮质激素可能会影响胎儿中枢神经系统发育,造成脑损害。
