Mineral Resources Exploitation and Regional Economic Sustainable Development in Qinling-Dabie Area

文章对秦岭—大别地区矿产资源开发的区域经济环境进行了分析 ,在矿产资源开发利用现状分析的基础上 ,对矿产资源的潜在价值、提取价值以及经济效益进行了测算 ,提出了该区矿产资源开发利用的 5条措施 :即强化矿产勘查工作 ,保证矿业可持续发展 ;建设综合性矿物原料基地和加工产业基地 ;综合开发、综合回收利用 ;矿产资源开发实行统筹管理、保护性开采利用 ;重视生态环境的影响和保护 ,走可持续发展之路。

This paper analyses the regional economic environment of mineral resources exploitation in Qinling-Dabie area. Based on the present situation of exploiting and utilizing the mineral resources, this paper calculates economic benefit of exploiting mineral resources. The paper put forward five measures of exploiting and utilizing mineral resources. It is: To stress on exploiting mineral resources, pledge to sustainable development of mining industry; To build synthetic mineral base and processing industrial base; Comprehensive exploiting and recovery and utilization; Carry out overall administration and protective exploiting; Take the influence and protection of ecology environment seriously, take the sustainable development road.
