集束电极射频治疗系统在肝癌治疗中的应用(附5例报告)

The Action of Treatment of Hepatocellular carcinoma by clustered Electrode of Radio Frequence system

目的 研究集束电极射频治疗系统对肝癌治疗的近期疗效。方法 对 5例肝癌进行治疗 ,通过治疗前后肿瘤大小、并发症发生及症状进行比较观察。结果 5例治疗后 10天 ,进行彩色 B超复查见瘤体缩小在 10 %以上 ,瘤体呈“等回声”区 ,AFP均有不同程度下降 ,无严重并发症发生。结论 B超引导下的集束电极射频治疗系统治疗中晚期肝癌疗效可靠 。

Objective Study the short period treatment of Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)by clustered electrode of radio frequence (RF) system.Method Observe 5 cases of HCC with RF treatment results by comparing preoperation with postoperation tumor size,symptom and complication.Result The tumor size shrinks more than 10%,AFP value decrease more or less in 5 cases,no serious complication takes place.Conclusion The action of treatment of HCC by clustered electrode of RF system has significant early results.
