VEGF和TIMP-1表达与乳腺癌浸润、淋巴结转移关系的探讨 被引量:5

摘要 目的 研究乳腺癌组织中血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF)和金属蛋白酶组织抑制因子 (TIMP- 1)的表达变化与乳腺癌生物学行为及淋巴结转移的关系。方法 应用 S- P免疫组化方法检测 85例乳腺癌组织 VEGF、 TIMP- 1及细胞增殖核抗原 Ki- 6 7的表达情况。结果  VEGF阳性染色率为 88% ,VEGF阳性表达与肿瘤浸润、淋巴结转移、TNM分期及 Ki- 6 7指数呈正相关 (x2 =7.31,P<0 .0 5 ,x2 =4 .5 9,P<0 .0 5 ,x2 =10 .71  P<0 .0 1,x2 =7.0 4 P<0 .0 5 )。TIMP- 1阳性染色率为 79% ,TIMP- 1阳性表达与肿瘤浸润、淋巴结转移及 TNM分期呈负相关 (x2 =12 .81 P<0 .0 1,x2 =4 .94 P<0 .0 5 ,x2 =9.9 P<0 .0 5 )。VEGF和 TIMP- 1联合表达与乳腺癌浸润转移及 Ki- 6 7指数显著相关 (x2 =13.0 9 P<0 .0 1,x2 =14 .6 4  P<0 .0 0 1,x2 =8.6 3 P<0 .0 5 )。结论 VEGF高表达和 TIMP- 1低表达在乳腺癌浸润。 Objective To study correlation between the expression of VEGF and TIMP 1 and biology behavior and lymph node metastasis.Methods The expression of VEGF,TIMP 1 and Ki 67 were detected with S P immunohistochemical method in 85 breast cancers.Results The positive rate of VEGF expression is 88%.The expression of VEGF is positively related to the tumor invasion,lymph node metastasis,TNM stage and index of Ki 67.(x 2=7 31 P<0 05,x 2=4 59 P<0 05,x 2=10 71 P<0 01,x 2=7 04 P<0 05 respectively).The positive rate of TIMP 1 expression is 79%.A significant negative correlation was found between the expression TIMP 1 and the tumor invasion,lymph node metastasis and TNM stage(x 2=12 81 P<0 01,x 2=4 94 P<0 05,x 2=9 9 P<0 05).Overexpression of VEGF and low expression of TIMP 1 are remarkably related to tumor invasion,metastasis and index of Ki 67(x 2=13 09 P<0 01,x 2=14 64 P<0 001,x 2=8 63 P<0 05 respectively)Conclusion It is suggested that VEGF overexpressive and TIMP 1 low expression might play a significant role in lymph node metastasis,tumor invasive and proliferation in breast cancer.
