摘要
目的 探讨窒息新生儿肾损害早期诊断的方法。方法 采用免疫浊度法和比色法分别测定尿微量白蛋白 (mALb)及N -乙酰 - β -D氨基葡萄糖苷酶 (NAG)。 结果 正常对照组尿mALb/Cr为 (1 5 9± 0 83)mg/mmol·Cr,NAG/Cr为 (0 96± 0 4 1)U/mmol·Cr。窒息新生儿尿mALb/Cr及NAG/Cr均较正常对照组增高 (P<0 0 1)。重度窒息组尿mALb的排泄量在不同日龄均较轻度窒息组增高 ;在生后 1、4、7天时重度窒息组比轻度窒息组尿NAG明显增高 ,差异显著 ,生后第 14天时 ,两组差异无显著性。部分尿mALb/Cr正常的窒息新生儿尿NAG/Cr增高。结论 联合检测尿mALb/Cr及NAG/Cr是诊断窒息新生儿肾脏早期损伤灵敏。
Objective To provide diagnostic basis for early renal disease of asphyxia neonatus.Methods Urinary microprotein was determined with immunoturbidimetry.Urinary N-acetyl-β-D-glucosaminidase(NAG)was determined with chromometry.Rresults Urinary mALb and NAG in asphyxia neonatus groups are higher than control groups.Urinary mALb in serious asphxis group are higher than it in unserious asphxis group.Urinery NAG in serious asphxis group are higher than it in unserious asphxis group at the age of 1,4,7day.There were significant difference between the two groups,but 14th day there were no diffierence.Conclusion The method is sensitive and reliable to determinis microalbumin and NAG togetner for diagnose of early renal diseases.
