摘要
目的 研究香椿子挥发油的化学成分。方法 用香椿子经水蒸气蒸馏所得的油状物 ,运用GC MS技术 ,结合计算机检索对其化学成分进行分析和鉴定 ,用色谱峰面积归一化法计算各组分的相对含量。结果 分离出 4 0个组分 ,鉴定了其中 39个组分 ,占挥发油总量的 86 .96 %。结论 首次报道了香椿子挥发油的化学成分主要为烯类占 88.94 % (多为倍半萜类 ) ,含量较多的为反 石竹烯、γ 榄香烯、榄香烯、α 长蒎烯。
OBJECTIVE: To study the chemical constituents of the essential oil from the seeds of Toona sinensis (A. Juss.) Roem. METHODS: The essential oil was obtained by steam distillation. The chemical components were separated and identified by GC-MS. The relative content of each component was determined by area nomalization. RESULTS: 40 peaks were separated and 39 of them were identified representing 86.96% of the total contents. CONCLUSION: The main constituents of the essential oil from the seeds of Toona sinensis were found to be alkenes (88.94%) which mostly were Sesquiterpenes. The relative contents of trans-caryophyllene, γ-elemene, elemene, α-longipinene and calarene were higher than that of others. The study was reported for the first time.
