Determination of baicalin in Huayuquban capsulae by RP-HPLC

目的 研究中药化淤祛斑胶囊中黄芩苷的定量方法。方法 样品用甲醇超声提取。Shim PackCLC ODSC18(15 0mm× 4 .6mm)色谱柱 ,流动相 :甲醇 水 冰醋酸 (5 5∶4 5∶1)。紫外检测波长 2 78nm。结果 黄芩苷在 0 .2～ 1.7μg内线性关系良好。平均回收率为 99.1% ,RSD =1.31%。结论 该方法灵敏、准确、专属性强 。

OBJECTIVE: To study a method for the determination of baicalin in Huayuquban capsulae. METHODS: The samples were extracted by supersonic with methanol. RP-HPLC analysis was carried out on Shim-Pack CLC-ODS C18 column and the mixture of methanol-water-acetic acid glacial (55:45:1) was used as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was at 278 nm. RESULTESSION: The standard curve was linear over the range of 0.2 ∼ 1.7 μg, and the average recovery was 99.1% with RSD 1.31%. CONCLUSION: The method is sensive,accurate and specific. It may be used for the quantitative determination of baicalin in Huayuquban capsulae.
