萘普生与其β-CD包合物间光谱特征的差异对光谱法分析的影响

Difference of spectrum character between Naproxen and its β-CD inclusion complex and its influence on the quantitative analysis

目的 考察萘普生 (Nap)与其 β CD包合物间光谱特征的差异对光谱法分析测定的影响。 方法 通过化合物与包合物平衡溶液间吸收曲线的测试和斜率的比较 ,以确认作为光谱法分析时的参考标准 ,并用解络法进行验证 ;首次利用 β CD ,Nap以及包合物之间旋光度的差异确定了 β CD·Nap的组成比。 结果 证明光谱法测定主药Nap含量时 ,应制备同组成的包合物溶液做参考标准或将包合物解络后再以纯Nap做参考。结论 对于光谱特征变化明显的包合态药物的光谱法分析 ,均可先解络而后以游离形态以相应化合物做参考进行测定。

OBJECTIVE To study the difference of spectrum feature between Naproxen and its inclusion complex with β CD and its influence on quantum analysis of β CD·Naproxen inclusion complex.METHODS The slopes of the absorption curve on equilibrium solution of Nap and its inclusion compound were measured and compared.The β CD·Naproxen inclusion complex was decomplexed.The ratio of host/guest in β CD·Nap was determined by making use of optical activity difference.RESULT The inclusiving Nap was determined by spectrum method and the inclusiving Nap was used as the reference standard,or the inclusion compound of Nap was decomplexed and determined.The Nap was used as the reference standard.CONCLUSION The inclusion compound should be used as the reference instead of guest in quantitative analysis when spectrum character having obviously changed,or by means of decomplexing,and then,the guest be used as the reference.
