论述了网络环境下高校图书馆信息服务工作的主要内容和服务方式 ,并结合广东外语外贸大学图书馆长期的参考咨询工作实践对此课题进行探讨 ,指出网络信息服务中应该注意的问题。

This paper discusses the main contents and modes of information sevice provided by university libraries on network condition, connecting with the long practice of Gaungdong university of foreign studys library in reference and consultation service, and then point out some problems in network information service.
