The paper analyzes diversified viewpoints of knowledge management (KM) researches, summarizes the active responds of foreign library circle for KM and the status of research. The KM problems in the construction of library cause are probed into from two sides of profession and learning. It also puts forward the solutions and strategies for the innovation and development of library in the logic of KM.
