摘要
采用金相显微镜、扫描电镜、能谱仪对二滩电站机组拉紧螺母裂纹原因进行分析。结果表明,由于材料中存在长条状夹杂物及淬火冷却速度过快导致螺母开裂。
Crack of the second beach nut was analyse by metallograph SEM EDS. The result indicated that crack was caused by lath-shape inclusion in the material and high quenching rate.
