摘要
在采用MC68HC11A1单片机为主控CPU实现集波控恒频短路过渡CO2焊接、电弧推力自适应控制MMA焊接、TIG、MIG等多种焊接方法于一体的智能化多功能逆变焊机控制系统的基础上,采用键盘输入和液晶显示(LCD)等直观输入/输出设备,设计实现了能够直观、方便地实现焊接方法选择和焊接工艺参数设置与修改的智能化人机交互界面。实验结果表明:该系统工作稳定可靠,抗干扰能力强,具有实际推广应用价值。
The intelligent man-machine interface is designed and realized by using the intuitive equipment such as keyboard and LCD in thispaper.The designis basedon the intelligentcontrolsystemof multi-functionalinverterwelder,in whichthe wave-form controlledCO 2 weldingis withconstantfrequencyof short-circuitdroplettransfer,MMA weldingis withadaptivecontrolof arc force,TIGweldingandMIGweldingarerealizedby usingmicro-controllerMC68HC11A1as mainCPU.Theinterfaceis intuitive andconvenientfortheselectionof weldingmethodandsettingandmodificationof weldingprocessparameters.Thetestresultshows thatthissystemhas stableand reliableworkingpropertiesand strongabilityof anti-disturbance,so thatit has actualvaluefor spreadingandapplication.
