摘要
根据钴锂膜废料的组成特点 ,本工艺通过碱煮除铝、盐酸溶钴、深度净化除铝铁和铜、草酸铵沉钴 ,再锻烧成氧化钴 ,或用氢气还原成氧化亚钴或钴粉 ,钴直收率为 91 5 % ,总回收率 95 4%。酸溶过程中采用两段浸出 ,使浸出渣含Co <1 0 % (质量分数ω) ,钴浸出率 >99 5 % (ω)。净化过程中采用喷淋法 ,终点pH值控制为 5 0~5 5 ,Al3 + 、Fe3 + 、Cu2 + 等杂质在同一个工序中被彻底除去 ,渣含钴平均约 1% (ω)。
According to the constituent characteristics of the scraps of Co Li film, the process includes these steps, such as removing deposited aluminium by alkali solution, leaching cobalt by hydrochloric acid, removing aluminium, Copper(Ⅱ) and iron(Ⅲ) and deposition cobalt with ammonium oxalate. The production of cobalt oxide, cobaltous oxide, cobalt powder were obtained by calcining and deoxidizing respectively. The direct and sum recovery of cobalt are 91.5%, 95.4% respectively. The cobalt content of all leached residues are lower than 1.0% through two stage countercurrent leaching. When the Al,Fe,Cu were removed deeply by spray washing method, the terminus pH value was controlled during the range from 5.0 to 5.5 and the average content of cobalt in aluminum residue is lower than 1.0%.
