摘要
干式切削加工有利于保护环境和降低生产成本 ,符合“绿色制造”概念 ,是金属切削加工的发展方向之一。本文讨论了干式切削刀具 (包括刀具形状、刀具材料和涂层 )的设计原则 ,介绍了干式切削在钻削。
The dry cutting has been considered as a developing direction of metal cutting in the future because it helps protect the environment against pollution and reduce production costs and meets the concept of Green Manufacture. The design principle of dry cutting tools including forms, materials and coatings is discussed, and the using examples of dry cutting on drilling, milling and boring is presented.
