摘要 用自行研制的高效排杂熔剂进行净化处理,探讨了其对提高高强电工铝杆塑性和导电性等的作用。结果表明:经高效排杂熔剂净化处理后,铝杆中的夹杂物和气孔含量显著降低,除杂率和气孔降低率分别达73.5%和92.1%;配合晶粒细化处理后,与常规处理比,明显提高了铝杆的性能,尤其是强度提高的同时,伸长率仍得到显著提高(幅度达62.7%),电阻率降低幅度达0.93%。 The high efficiency inclusion removing flux,developed by the authors,is used to cleaning the melt,and its positive effects in enhancing the plasticity and electrical conductance of the high strength aluminum rods for electrical applications are discussed.The fol- lowing results have been achieved:the quantities of inclusions and pores in the aluminum rods were markedly reduced with an inclusion reducing rate of 73.5% and a pore reducing rate of 92.1%;the performances of the rods,added also grain refining treatments,are re- markably higher than the normally treated ones,and in particular the elongation is also remarkably enhanced for as high as 62.7% along with the increased strength;and the resistivity also reduced by 0.93%.
