高精度X射线测厚仪的研究与开发

Development and Application of High Accuracy X-ray Gauge Meter

作为铝板带加工检测设备的 X 射线测厚仪过去一直由国外引进。近几年,随着我国检测工业技术的不断进步,X 射线测厚仪的关键传感器件已日趋成熟。在此基础上我院开发研制出了铝板带材 X 射线测厚仪。本文简要地说明了 X 射线测厚仪的原理及数学模型,并详细地介绍了我院开发的 X 射线测厚仪的计算机控制系统、C 型架组成、主要传感器及测厚仪性能指标。

As one of the critical devices for producing aluminum sheet and strip,all of the X-ray gauge meters used in our country were imported from foreign countries until not long ago.However,in recent years,thanks to the continuous technological progress in the detecting and measuring devices trade in China,the technical level of the critical sensing components of the X-ray gauge meter made in our country has been approaching to a matured stage.It is just in this broad background that our institute (LINP) has succeeded in developing our own X-ray gauge meter used in aluminum sheet and strip rolling mills.The paper briefly presents its function principle and mathematic model,and expounds in detail its computerized control system,C-frame structure,main sensors as well as the specification and major performance indices of the gauge meter developed by LINP.
