摘要
客运索道用钢丝绳要求耐疲劳、抗磨和有较高的抗拉强度、良好的润滑和摩擦系数、较小的钢丝绳伸长量。阐述了客运索道用钢丝绳的应用状况及发展趋势。指出国产钢丝绳应在消除滴油、提高质量稳定性、改进绳芯、提高抗拉强度及镀锌质量。
The wire rope for passenger ropeway needs fatigue resistance,wear resistance,high tensile strength,good lubrication,low friction coefficient and less elongation of wire rope.The application situation and development trend of wire rope for passenger ropeway are stated.It is pointed out that wire rope made in China must be improved on the aspects of eliminating dropping oil,raising quality stability,improving rope core,raising tensile strength and galvanizing quality,selecting suitable lay pitch and so on.
