摘要
镀锌锅的过早腐蚀和失效开裂 ,导致镀锌成本的上升和生产的极大损失。针对某单位的锌锅在投入使用时 ,即产生开裂失效的现象 ,通过对锌锅原始断口形貌和金相组织 ,X荧光光谱全成分分析、拉伸力学性能和拉伸断口形貌及锌锅受力情况的数值模拟等的研究结果表明
The premature corrosion and cracking failure of hot dip galvanizing pot lead to the increased galvanizing cost and large production loss.Being directed against the occurrence of cracking failure in some new pots just put into use,the original fracture morphology and microstructure of the cracking pots,X fluorescence spectrum all elements analysis,tensile properties and fracture morphology and simulation calculation of stress distribution inside the pot are investigated.The result shows that grain boundary cemetite in the pot material is an impotant cause for the premature cracking of the pot.
