摘要 基于Sun工作站SPARC station 20的UG Ⅱ软件进行柴油机气缸体实型铸造模样模具的计算机辅助设计和计算机辅助加工制造。借助CAD三维实体复合建模技术的可视性、可装配性和可检测性,解决了模具设计过程中的疑难问题,如静模型、动模型腔与抽芯模块的优化分配问题,模具型腔与抽芯机构各处的配合尺寸检测问题等。借助集成化的CAD/CAM系统,以图形为驱动,用人机交互方式补充工艺信息,形成NC加工源程序,经过后置处理,可获得NC加工控制指令,在加工中心上执行该指令,就可以制造出模具。文中也提供了一些在生产实践中行之有效的模具设计要点和工艺参数。 CAD/CAM of full mold casting die of diesel engine block has been studied, which is based on the UGII software of SUN SPARC STATION 20 and the visibility, inspection of 3D synthetic modelling technology for the knotty problems occurring in die design including problems such as the optimum dispensation of fixed chest mold, moving chest mold and core puller mold,the inspection of assemble anywhere of auxilliary equipment and tool. With the aid of integrated system of CAD/CAM, driven by parasolid geometric figure and the technology information replenished by interaction between man and computer, NC machining source programme can be formed. When the source file machine locus has been post-processed, the machining centre can distinguish the NC programming hence the die produced. Design of die and technology parameters have also been presented.
