摘要 研究了不同凝固速率对Cu -Ag原位纤维复合材料的显微组织、强度及电阻率的影响 ,探讨了强化机制。Cu -Ag原位纤维复合材料的强化分为两阶段 ,即以位错强化为主和以纤维强化为主 ; The influence of different solidification rate on microstructure,strength and electrical resistivity of Cu-Ag in situ filamentary composites was studied in present paper.The strengthening mechanism was discussed too.The strengthening can be divided into two stages,the dislocation strengthening and the fibre strengthening are the main mechanisms at the first and the second stage.The turning point from the first stage to the second stage is related to content of Ag and size of microstructure.
