摘要
采用工程计算法 ,将变形体看作连续体 ,应用近似塑性条件dσr =dσZ ,假设接触面为混合摩擦条件 ,计算液相线半连续铸造的A35 6铝合金半固态浆料的触变成形力。计算结果表明 ,变形开始阶段的变形力为 2 1 3kN ,半固态浆料触变成形终了阶段触变成形力为 44 9.37kN。
The thixoforming force of liquidus semi-continuous casting A356 alloy is calculated by using engineering method, approximate mould condition, and the supposes of sequential plasmodium and blending friction surface. The results show that the thixoforming force is 21.3kN at the beginning stage and 449.37kN at the end stage of semi-solid slurry thixoforming. The calculating result is correspond with the test value.
